What is FareHarbor Spark?
FareHarbor Spark is a multi-day, virtual conference designed specifically for tour, activity, and attraction businesses. From engaging technical workshops to insightful guest speakers and panel discussions, every piece of the Spark program is designed with your business in mind. Since 2018, FareHarbor has viewed our annual conference as our most effective tool in empowering and connecting our industry. From Las Vegas in 2018 to Honolulu and Orlando in 2019, in 2020 we are thrilled to bring Spark to every corner of the world through our new, virtual format.
When will FareHarbor Spark take place?
Attendees will participate in FareHarbor Spark programming on October 19-20, 2020. All program times will be listed in Mountain Daylight Time.
Where will FareHarbor Spark take place?
Online — so, wherever you are! FareHarbor will broadcast the majority of Spark live from Denver, Colorado, but attendees will be able to join the event from anywhere in the world through our virtual event platform.

Is FareHarbor Spark still free to attend?
Yes! FareHarbor Spark is a free, virtual event, and we warmly welcome anyone interested in acquiring knowledge, insights, and connections in the tour, activity, and attraction industry!
Will FareHarbor Spark’s sessions be available following the event?
Yes. Most session recordings* will be accessible on-demand after the event through FareHarbor Compass, our educational content hub available exclusively to active FareHarbor clients. Attendees will also have access to download speaker slides and additional resources in real-time throughout the event.
Can I still schedule a one-on-one consultation with a member of the FareHarbor team?
Yes. One-on-one consultations will still be integral to the Spark program and we highly encourage attendees to schedule time to connect “face-to-face” with one of FareHarbor’s knowledgeable and passionate team members. Please note: Attendees will be required to pre-register for one-on-one consultations and space will be limited! We will release more information on how you can take advantage of this unique opportunity in the coming weeks — stay tuned!
Will I have the opportunity to network with other attendees?
Yes! We wouldn’t dream of calling FareHarbor Spark a virtual conference without providing our attendees the opportunity to connect with like-minded tourism professionals! Attendees will have the opportunity to join small focus group sessions on specific topics and industry subsets, as well as the ability to schedule meetings and connect with individual attendees, all without ever leaving our virtual event platform.
Will FareHarbor be hosting in-person events in 2020?
Unfortunately, no. The health and safety of our clients, partners, and employees remain our top priorities. Therefore, we are transitioning all in-person events to virtual events for the remainder of 2020. We look forward to seeing you… online!
